Breathwork Facilitation
Guided sessions using the Conscious Connected Breath, designed to restore balance, clarity, and presence. Breathwork is a powerful way to regulate the nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with your innate sense of calm — especially valuable for professionals and teams managing high responsibility or change.
I trained in the Alchemy of Breath method at the Alchemy School of Healing Arts in Tuscany, Italy. My approach is rooted in gentle structure and safety: creating an environment where the breath can do its work naturally and the client feels supported, not pushed.
What I offer
Each session includes grounding, guided breathing, music or sound support, and integration time.
How we work together

Fit Call (20 minutes)
A short introductory chat to discuss your goals, background, and any health considerations. It’s a simple way to make sure the work feels right for you and to answer any initial questions.

Support
Sessions take place online or in person in Prague. Each includes grounding, guided breathing, and space for reflection. You’ll also receive light integration notes and optional follow-up support if you wish to continue the practice.

1 / Introductory Journey
A three-part series designed to help you experience the full arc of the breathwork process — from grounding and connection, through release, to integration. Each session builds upon the last, allowing you to explore your breath safely and with increasing depth. This format is ideal if you’re new to Conscious Connected Breathing and want a structured introduction that supports both confidence and continuity.
2 / Ongoing Practice
For those who wish to maintain a regular rhythm of regulation and reflection, ongoing sessions are available monthly or quarterly. These gatherings help sustain nervous-system balance, deepen awareness, and reinforce the insights that emerge over time. Many clients find that a steady breathwork practice becomes a reliable anchor through changing circumstances.
3 / Corporate / Group Facilitation
Tailored sessions for teams, organisations, and community events. These experiences combine gentle breathing techniques with grounding and presence exercises, helping participants reconnect, de-stress, and communicate with more ease. Suitable for corporate wellness programmes, leadership retreats, or group settings where collective calm and cohesion are needed.
